Open for dinner and during the day and on weekends, Anxo has an outdoor ‘cider’ garden, a long bar with seating inside, as well as an upstairs dining room. The pintxos and small plates are light and ideal for sharing, and the bar has more ciders that you probably thought existed, including Spanish drafts the menu says to pour from a height. (We’re not sure why this is, but there’s a 12 percent chance your dining companion will be impressed if you do.) It’s a good place for a Sunday afternoon group hang or a date. Sit upstairs for a more something more intimate, or settle in at the bar and let the charismatic bartenders third wheel.
