Though Barbrix is open every day for dinner, the move at this neighborhood Silver Lake spot is brunch. The standard American food is solid and affordable (and will help cure that debilitating hangover), the atmosphere inside feels like you’re at a friend’s house, and there are $8 bottomless mimosas if it’s time to get back on the horse. It gets busy on the weekends, but you’ll never usually have to wait more than 20 minutes for a table.
