Black Market Liquor is a bar/restaurant on Ventura with good cocktails, a big craft beer list, and tons of first-date-friendly delicious small plates like the fried cauliflower, hummus, and burrata. The atmosphere inside gets progressively rowdier as the night goes on, but never gets so loud that you’re screaming at each other.
