Located on the top floor of an old office building overlooking Pershing Square, Perch is the kind of place that makes you realize LA actually isn’t all freeways and palm trees. The view of downtown from Perch’s outdoor patio is spectacular, and its fire pits, nightly live jazz music, and a solid French-leaning menu don’t hurt either. The mood at Perch varies depending on when you’re there – weekdays are low-key, but it definitely becomes a little bit of a scene on the weekends, so get your little black dress ready.
